Whether you steam them to perfection or heat them quickly in the microwave, these tamales are a delicious and hearty meal any time of day. Just don’t forget to remove the corn husk before digging in!
Each Pack Includes:
3 Buffalo Tamales wrapped in corn husks
Ingredients:
Masa: Water, yellow corn flour (processed with lime), soybean oil, salt, ancho
Fillings: Beef, buffalo, beef broth, salt, ancho powder, paprika (natural extracts, RDB soybean oil), garlic, cumin
Cooking Instructions:
Boil or Steam: Heat unopened bag of tamales for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
Microwave: Heat thawed tamale(s) for 2–3 minutes.
Remove corn husk before eating.
